John R. Tunheim, U.S. Chief Judge of the US District Court, District of Minnesota. Judge Tuheim was Chair of teh U.S> Assassination Records Review Board, which facilitated public disclosure of records related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. He also assists with the development of law, constitutions, and criminal justice systems in emerging governments, including Kosovo, the Republic of Georgia, and Uzbekistan.
